Hey, I’m PJ — Founder & CEO of NvrTooL8 Detailing.

I was born and raised in Philadelphia before moving to Delaware during my teenage years. Growing up, sports played a major role in shaping who I am. I had a successful high school athletic career, earning All-State honors in both football and track. After graduating, I attended Delaware State University, where I studied Civil Engineering.

My background may seem different from detailing, but every part of my journey helped prepare me for the business owner I am today.

Over the years, I built an extensive background in customer service through working in a variety of industries. I’ve worked as a high-end server, casino dealer, bartender, car salesman, and in several other customer-facing positions. Those experiences taught me how to communicate with all types of people, understand what customers are looking for, solve problems, and most importantly — make sure people feel valued.

I’ve always taken pride in my ability to connect with people from different backgrounds and find a way to provide an experience that leaves them satisfied.

My background in math and engineering also taught me to pay close attention to the smallest details. I’ve always enjoyed solving problems, figuring out how things work, and finding ways to improve the finished result. That mindset translated naturally into detailing.

How NvrTooL8 Detailing Started

My detailing journey began during the winter of 2019.

For Christmas that year, I decided to fully detail a friend’s vehicle as a gift. Another friend saw the transformation, loved the work, and I ended up detailing their vehicle as a Christmas gift as well.

That was the moment something clicked.

I realized I had a natural ability to transform vehicles and genuinely enjoyed the process of taking something worn, dirty, stained, or neglected and making it look and feel completely different.

I slowly began promoting my work, and more people started noticing and appreciating the quality of my detailing. What began as something I enjoyed doing for friends eventually turned into something much bigger.

I continued learning, practicing, investing in better equipment, studying different techniques, and developing the skills necessary to turn detailing into a professional business.

That journey became NvrTooL8 Detailing.

As my experience grew, I also realized that my skills didn't have to stop with automobiles. Many of the same techniques used to clean, restore, protect, and rejuvenate vehicles could be applied to furniture, upholstery, carpets, and other surfaces.

Today, NvrTooL8 Detailing offers a growing variety of professional detailing and restoration services designed to help our customers bring life back to the things they care about.

As the business continued to grow, I brought family members and friends onto the team who share the same commitment to providing excellent service.
